I have an 02 device but not simcard, I need to change my address which am told should be done in the app, but the app doesn't let me register with a non-O2 number.

    hey Flo, I can only see the auftragsnummer and reference, where can i find the contract number , i already checked the link and it doesn't look same

    Have you already received the hardware invoice? There should be the number as shown?

    Hi,

     

    I only have the Auftragsnummer, and ‘ihre referenz,  the contract number isnt there, from the invoice that I have atleast.Is there another way, I need to update my details.

    Hello @Four_oFour ,

    you’ll need the invoice that you get send some time after the order completes to register your myHandy contract. There you can find the “Vertragsnummer” that is required. Maybe this helps you with finding the correct number: https://www.o2online.de/meta/auth/subscription-id-help/
