Hello i want to change my name but the upload doesn’t work when i want to upload my ausweis can you help me?

the simcard is in my friend’s name but i want to change it to my name.

A name change is not enough in your case. It is necessary to change the owner of the contract. This is easily done online. How to do it, you can find in this article taking over a mobile contract.

    Thanks for answering but i tried and it’s just a blank i can’t change it there too?

    This doesn’t work too how I’m supposed to change it? All my adress,email &bank account are right i only want to change the name.

    Did you try different internet-browsers?

    Even if you only like to change the contract owner, you need to fill out the online-form.
