Hello, I wanted to change my Invoice Setting from email to Postal so that I can receive the Hard Copy of my Bill. 

Earlier, the setting was postal but from couple of months. I am not receiving my Bills neither at email or at my address

Kindly change the Invoice setting to Postal.

Did you already get in touch with our customer service or did you change the invoice to paper by yourself?

Because the setting was changed to post.
