Hi there
I am leaving Germany to move back to New Zealand, and tried to cancel my automatic monthly top ups for my number 0176XXX. I was unable to do so online or on the phone, so a German colleague of mine sent a letter in the post, which i received confirmation of, but I still have automatic top ups being charged to my bank account.
I am leaving the country and so am hoping to figure out how I can rectify this?
