Hallo ,

I had a call to customer service to cancel my existing contract. it was not really helpful and in the mean time some how instead of helping me to cancel they started explaining the offers and started a new contract under my name. i mailed them to cancel it and the response was pathetic. i sent a letter to cancel that but no response on that yet. Mean while they posted the new sim and i could see in O2 website in my login the details and suggestion for activation. Please let me know what to do to get rid of that order permanently. I am not going to activate the sim anyhow.

I regret that there were obviously some misunderstandings. 

 

I see that 2 new contracts were ordered with the tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Max”, one on 6th April and one on 20th April 2021. 

 

The contract that was ordered on 6th April 2021 is already cancelled. 

In order that we can cancel the contract dated 20th April, please send us a withdrawal cancellation within the cancellation-period of 14 days. You find further information here: Cancellation within 14 days 

 

I regret that you like to cancel also your existing contract. May I ask you for the reason for the cancellation?

 

If you move abroad, please use this cancellation-procedure: extraordinary dismissal because of moving abroad 

If it is just a normal cancellation to the end of your contract-duration, please find the instructions here: contract-cancellation

I actually would like to cancel my contract and I am within the 14th day time range.

So how do I go about cancelling it?

If you want to withdraw from a contract while you are still within the 14 day period, then you can just send in your request to widerruf@cc.o2online.de .If you have further questions about this, please let us know.
