Cancel Online application

Good day, I applied for a contract deal online and got an email to pay the 1euro one time cost. I was unable to do this because my bank was not supported. Is the application still active and how can I cancel it_?

Hi thank you for your help. Just to confirm w iderruf@cc.o2online.de is the email? Without the space ? See it put a space when I typed it too
