I have ordered iPhone (without tariff) on 4 years installment plan, I wanted to ask Can I pay off the whole amount like in next 3-4 months?. Will my contract for 4 years be ended?

You can pay off an o2 My Handy instalment plan earlier, then it ends. You can request the early payment in the My o2 app, when you use payment by direct debit.
If you currently pay by bank transfer, this is not possible and you must use the order form: Vorzeitige Abbezahlung meines o2 My Handy Kaufvertrages.

Are you allready registered with your o2 My Handy contract on our website? In the following article Managing your account online you will find an introduchtion how to register.
After registration you can navigate to your Mein o2 Area and place your order as described in the second article My Handy…Contract Terminiation.
