I see that there is a page for Black Friday deals (https://www.o2online.de/mobilfunk/black-friday-cyber-monday/).

Are these the only deals that would be offered this year? Or would more deals be added later in the month?

thank you for your contribution to our o2 community! 
The page to see there is that the BlackFriday this year is on 25.11.. It also says " But even until the start of Cyber Week you can find attractive deals with us. Now benefit from great O2 offers and directly secure a cell phone contract with contract cheap." 
The offers there are simply current offers at o2. How the offers will look during Cyber Week, I can not answer you just yet.
