Bill too high + your agent ****** me

Hi

I'm a client of O2.

last month I went to O2 store and I specificity asked for 10Gb of Internet Data. and how much will it cost me, The O2 guy said it 29.99 euro per month.

Yesterday, I got the email containing the bill in which I have to pay 111 euro!!!!!!!

I went through details and I found out that I have 2 GSM lines and in both of them I have this:

O2 Free M Online (2019)

29,99 € monatlichand in the second :

O2 Free M Online (2019)

19,99 € monatlich

I also found this entertainment pack,TV pack which I also never remember asking for. or neither he mentioned to me ( for both lines).

and finally I have 2 GSM lines but he gave me once sim card.

Maybe I signed the contract thinking that an employee of O2 will never do such things … and Im fully aware that I will be paying for things I will never use.
