Bank Transfer - I forgot to add the reference

Hello! I made a bank transfer (€70) but forgot to put my cell phone number in the reference part. What should I do now?

Was your transfer related to a prepaid plan that you wanted to top up or a postpaid plan?

Since you've already mentioned here that you forgot to include the phone number in the reference field, I strongly suspect it's a prepaid plan.😊

So, if you have a prepaid plan, you have the option to contact the prepaid department directly by phone (german speakting Hotline):
