Antrag auf Genehmigung der Beibehaltung meiner Rufnummer für den Wechsel meines Dienstanbieters.

hello team,
i want to switch my service provider to winsim with the same current mobile number. I applied through the new service provider, they asked me to ask the O2 provider to approve this application and then try to apply again. Please approve my application to keep my current number for the new provider.

You can realease the number yourself in the customer portal or the app.

    @vamshi  it's not possible with Prepaid. For an "Opt in" please call the Prepaid Hotline 0176 88855282 tomorrow.

    @Bollermann auch für Prepaid geht's seit kurzem in der App.

        nice to meet you here in our English Community. 

         

        As @Sächsin and @bs0 already confirmed, it is possible now also for o2 prepaid-customers to release their number for transfer to another provider. 

         

        Please go to Mein o2-App and then: Tarif & Optionen -> Rufnummernmitnahme –> Rufnummer jetzt freigeben

         

        Did you manage to release your number with these instructions?
