Advanced payment of 1 Euro from SEPA


I have ordered IPhone 12 Pro.  In this regard, I have received an email &  was asked to transfer 1 Euro. Unfortunately, I have a Portuguese bank account included in SEPA through which I have paid to O2 in the past. Can you please send me bank account details so I can transfer funds to confirm my order?

@o2_Manga Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I could not find my bank details ( Portuguese) in email about confiramtion about my payment. Last time, I ordered notebook & I was informed to send payment of 1 Euros to a specific IBAN & order was successfully processed once I did it. However, I made a new payment mentioning reference number of my phone in the same bank account. I believe, it will work.

Hi @Mirroo 

welcome to our community. :relaxed:

Please use the link in the email to arrange the transfer. We just want to make sure if the bank details given in your order are okay for further payments. There is no chance to pay by direct bank transfer if I send you our bank details. That won’t work.

As you told us you used your portugese bank to pay another contract it will be alright for the new order as well.
