I did recharge for 14.99 euro but I only got 5.5GB credited in my sim card.

I can see the offer for 150 gb in the Plan . But in my case it didn't work out. 

 

Could you please let me know what can be done.

Thank you for your response.

No, I didn't get 150 GB benefit after recharge for  14.99 euros. I only got 5.5gb.

Unfortunately due to Corona situations and my personal urgency, I got a new O2 contract sim.

 

Is it possible to get a refund of above 14.99 euros?

I regret that something went wrong with ordering the package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack XXL” with 150 GB. As I can see, at the time of ordering this package, you did not have enough credit on your card. Therefore, the order was not successful.

 

I have now ordered “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack XXL” for you without any charge and I deactivated “o2 my Prepaid M”.

 

I hope you agree to this solution.
