Rufnummernübermittlung / CLIR


Hi, so this time I have problem that my number is not displayed when I am using the fixed line.

 

I have read already several pages where the how to is go over my o2 and then “Rufnummernübermittlung aktivieren/deaktievieren”

thething is that this option doesnt react and change.

currently is on activated, when I try to deactivate it and wait more than 24 hours nothing happens.

 

any hints what am I doing wrong here or what I should do? (my idea was to deactivate it and activate later - in case there is some problem but it simply doesnt work)

Hello @master-of-disaster2 ,

what setting do you want to have with your phone? I can see that you’ve changed the CLIR setting several times over the last few days, so that has definitetly been working. You’ve currently got it set to active, so when you call someone no number would be transmitted from your end.

hi, @o2_Sven, thank you for checking,

the caller ID is not being displayed. (just checked it by caling my mobile)

I have checked settings on fritzbox too  the settings there in hand set is set to not active CLIR

 

I would like that my number is transmitted during my a call which I initiate

if you check again now, it should transmit your number when you are making a call.
