I am sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.
After reporting the incident to our colleagues at customer service hotline they called the local provider who take cares
of the DSL connections and sents the construcation worker in your special case.
They are called PTI , Produktion Technische Infrastruktur (i am sorry there is no english translation that would get it)
these are they guys that come with these little excavator to get to the wires deep in the ground to fix these when these wires are broken
and often this takes more time than fixing a standard trouble ticket or case.
So i am deeply sorry, but in this case i can only ask for you patience.

Looks like today I'm online. Hopefully it stays stabile now. Before the huge problems I had dsl connection losses every few hours. I'll notify here if that's the issue again

did you already complain to the technical support so that my colleagues can reopen the ticket?

I did not. New hours later it worked again. But now almost daily we have a dsl connection loss for a few minutes and it comes back online..

you should observe the line for a few days and if the connection loss goes on please complain because this is not a normal behaviour.
