2 weeks ago I canceled my DSL contract. For a few days I got calls from O2, but couldn’t pick up the phone, since they were during my workday. I assume they wanted to offer me something due to the cancellation. However, they stopped calling.
Can someone look into what offers I can get for the connection I had? all I want is to keep paying the same price I’m paying for years.

With the cancelled DSL contract, the current conditions should still last until April of next year, as your discount would run out at that point. If you want we can see what we can offer you here. The 50 Mbit/s bandwidth was enough?

Yes, 50 Mbit/s is enough.

I was paying 19.99€ but in the last couple of months the price went up due to a discount that ran out.

thanks for the info. I’ve just send out an offer to your emailadress, you can take your time reading it and then make a decision. The offer itself is avaiable for 8 days, after that it will automatically expire.

It is more expensive than what I was paying for many years. Is there an option to get an offer for the same amount I was paying?

If not, how do I get in touch with the cancellations department that were trying to reach me? from past experience, I always get from them the same price. This happens every year or two.

I doubt that you’ll be getting a better offer than this, but generally the cancellation department will contact you, as they also have already done before in the 28th of August.

A few days ago I received an offer here from Sven for a contract extension.

I didn’t accept it on time and I would like to ask to get the same offer again so I could accept it. It was for the contract ending with 7730 for 50Mbit/sec.
