New Internet plus mobile inquiry

Hi. 

 

So I have O2 My Home M tariff activated and combined with O2 Free M mobile tariff. Contract expired on my mobile tariff, but before extending that with something new, I wanted to check if it would be possible to cancel my O2 My Home M tariff and take O2 Homespot instead. It's available in my address, I already checked. But since I moved last year and took the internet with me, I was told the contract would start from scratch, but I don't see that. So if someone can check and let me know, we can make a deal :)

Hello @SnjezanaS and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you ewant to cancel an existing contract to the end of its runtime you will find the latest possible date for the cancelatoin on your monthly invoice. You will also find the runtime of the contract in our online portal in the Mein o2 area :-)
