A week ago was the activation date of my wired internet, I received an email confirming the installation successfully.
However I was never able to establish an internet connection. I already try to solve it with o2 suit, o2 service app and the web of fritzbox. In fritzbox it says that I must give my mac address to the provider or wait for the activation date. The MAC address of my router is correctly uploaded at www.o2.de/mein-o2.
I already tried to communicate repeatedly by phone but the service in English does not help me and in the other service phone I cannot communicate because I do not speak German. I even went to two o2 shops for ask for help, but nothing...
Please, it is very urgent for me to fix the problem or I won't be able to keep my job.
Mi router is a Fritz!box 6660 brand new.
