Hello o2!

Yesterday the technician came and installed my router. I still don't have internet. I don't know what to do! I followed the video instructions 3 times everything is ok. I don't have internet!

Then I call to the technical support department and they just send me again the video to make the procedure again. Of course nothing changed.

Mein o2 platform says that for some reason not mentioned my internet connection is delayed and they will inform me soon. I still don't know what's happening. I need my internet connection! Do you have any idea what's happening?

Please help!

Unfortunately nothing changed. I still don't have internet and o2 profile says the same thing. Also I noticed that no money have been taken from my bank account for my internet connection. Could there be an issue there?

if your contract is not activated yet, then no bill will be issued either. From what I can see you were also contacted yesterday concerning the activation of your contract and the current delay. Where you informed sufficiently about the situation or are there any further questions on your side? If so please let us know.

Thank you very much for your help! So I really was in contact and informed that I would receive by post information so I can book a new appointment for a technician to come. Unfortunately I have not received something yet.

I checked once more and apparently we are also currently still waiting for a response from the line owner, which is probably why you have not yet received anything further from us concerning the case.

Good morning!

Last Thursday someone from O2 called me to inform me about my internet connection. Unfortunately I don't speak German that good so our conversation ended really quickly with me not able to understand anything. Could you please inform me about the progress in my situation and also about what I have to do next?

some bigger infrastructure work has to be done. You should have had a card in your mail to contact the responsible company about this. If you can’t find that card, then please contact our hotline and talk to the activation department. In both cases, since we can’t guarantee that you will end up with someone that speaks english, please find someone that can translate for you if it is needed.
