Yesterday the technician came and installed my router. I still don't have internet. I don't know what to do! I followed the video instructions 3 times everything is ok. I don't have internet!
Then I call to the technical support department and they just send me again the video to make the procedure again. Of course nothing changed.
Mein o2 platform says that for some reason not mentioned my internet connection is delayed and they will inform me soon. I still don't know what's happening. I need my internet connection! Do you have any idea what's happening?
Please help!
