kabelinternet L 250 so slow!

My cable internet is so slow, like I‘ve the 250mbps but it’s always only until 30-50 when I run the speed test and it’s been months! Or almost a year now. This is so bad! I’ve done all the instructions like troubleshooting etc. still it’s the same. Tonight, it’s worst! No internet at all! Come on O2, this isn’t fair!

@Tinay Why slow? 
Do you perhaps have a cable connection that might be experiencing a problem? What are your download and upload speeds?

What router you use by the way?

You have to report a fault to the hotline.

that is not a noice situation when your cable internet is so slowing down and is now entirely out.

Could you already call our hotline reporting the disturbance via 0800 525 1378 or use our o2 Service App to create an error ticket for the colleagues?

Hi, can i add more tariff to my existing cable plan… its home L250. It’s so sloooow! My contract will expire in February next year.

O2 home L 250 cable sux. Mine can’t even go past 50! Then when i stream, it lags and speed goes only upto 5 max!!!! Then when I download, the connection cuts!

Did you already report the issue to O2? What did they answer? Do you have a ticket from the technical support?
