Hello,

I'd like to change my current 1000 Mbps tariff to 250 Mbps (O2 Home L 250 Flex), ohne Laufzeit. How can I do that? Thanks in advance

Hello @andreSc ,

are you currently already using a Flex contract or is your o2 Home XXL with a contract duration. If so, has the contract duration already run its course?

Yes, currently I have XXL Flex which is also ohne Laufzeit one.
