I have done every step, typed in my PIN number but it’s still not connect. I can’t reach customer support through phone. Is there a solution to this?

When i deactivated PIN with my phone and put the SIM back in, the Homespot doesn’t recognize the SIM and says “No Sim” on the Sim status
