Hi

I wanted to know the proceedure to terminate the Homespot contract (Sim and Device). I just bought and activated the sim 5 days back and I can see the network is very very bad, I bought the plan for 50 Mbits and I am not even getting 20% of it. I don’t want to wait and test more, so I would like to terminate it ASAP within 14 days.

Please help me to terminate the contract asap.

Best Regards,

Honey Verma

Hello @honeyDaPoison and welcome to our o2 community :-)

I am sorry to hear that the speed does not meet up to your expectations. Using an internet connection over a mobile network there are many different things that influence the attainable speed that you get.

If you ordered the product by phone or over the internet you recieved several mails with information. In one of the first mails you will find the “Widerrufsbelehrung” where you will find all necessary information to cancel the contract within 14 days.

Regards,

Lars

Hello @honeyDaPoison,

I had a look into this, as far as I can see you were already in touch with our customer service. Has everything been resolved to your satisfaction? Or are there still any open questions? :-)

Regards,

Lars

It can take up to 2 weeks to process the withdrawal request. As long as you sent the request within 14 days that is no problem.

Hi @NagsRCBian

Welcome to our o2 Community.

Did you order a router to your homespot contract? If so please return the router asap, you can create a returnlabel for free shipping on our logistics site  (or QR Code, if you have no printer).

May i ask which email address you used for your withdrawal ?

Best Regards Matze
