have you already read the FAQ concerning the topic of moving your DSL to a new address, that should give you a lot of information to make things as smooth as possible. After that you should contact the hotline if you feel comfortable ordering the move while speaking german or in the case that you prefer to do this in english then please contact the respective hotline to start things.
