Hi. I would like some assistance.i want to cancel my contract with 02, i read it in o2 website that I can do trough the app, so I went to the app, put my email and it shows always the error 403.

So how can I enter the app?

Or how can I cancel my LTE contract?

If you want to cancel your contract, then following the above link that schluej posted is probably the easiest way. Have you managed to send in your request for cancellation or can we support you in any way?

I think I will do a new contract with wlan, since it can be monthly if I understood correctly
