I have tried calling O2 customer service multiple times but it takes long to talk to someone and when I can find someone, they usually do not know English and they are speaking in German not even trying to help. I need my dual stack option activated because of work. I do not want to make it a business plan. I only need the dual stack activated. They told me that my Ipv6 is already active but dual stack is still not working and when I check to see if Ipv6 is active, I cannot find it either. Could you please help me?

For all o2 DSL connections from the order date 27.04.2017, IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack is automatically active on the connection. Check the settings of your DSL router if necessary.
For older o2 DSL connections (o2 DSL Classic), an o2 moderator can activate IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack on request.
For o2 cable/DOCSIS connections, IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack is not possible.
