I made an O2 DSL contract in Bonn, Germany. I have moved out to a new apartment which Studierendenwerk Bonn offers. They have their internet connection which is included in my rent. Now I want to cancel my O2 DSL contract because I cannot shift it to my new apartment. I tried online cancellation and I also called on helpline and visited O2 counters but they are not listening to me. I am paying without using the internet service.
I don’t know how to get rid of this. Can anyone guide me please
