Hello,

I am cheated by O2 salesperson. He convinced me verbally that I don’t need to pay any activation charge and router fee for the new Internet connection (DSL). On trusting his words, he got my sign on the contract immediately on his computer. Now I am getting letters to pay Activation fee (80 Euros) and also additions costs. I tried to meet that person many time at the same shop but I never found him and his colleagues also tell me that he is on leave and he can only solve this problem. 

 

Please help me.

Was the fee in the contract you signed? If yes, then it will be difficult to challenge. Or did you sign it 'blind', i.e. on an electronic pad? NEVER do that. Always insist on signing the paper copy.
