I checked concerning the package that was supposed to be sent out, it couldn’t be delivered due to issues with the address. From what I have seen probably because it was your name combined with the address of your friend. I can have the package send out again, but before that we should make sure that the address and name is correct, else we can of course also have the package be delivered to the address with your connection. Just tell us how you’d like to proceed, if you’d want us to send it to your friend’s address again, then we’ll contact you by private message so that we can send the package to the correct address including the name.

Thats great, I am already in my current address. I hope this will not create confusion now.
I gave my friends address as thought it will be delivered fast but I have moved to new apartment, SO can receive the deliery.

tagging other users like that probably isn’t helpful and as far as I can tell everything seems to be in order with the accessories.
And if it was to come late, maybe you won’t even need the accessories to plug in your router, this largely depends on what kind of wall plugs you have at your place.

Well, in any case i would need my modem to connect, Hence the urgency. Sorry i do not want to post how urgent is it here on public forum, I am looking for the modem delivery to start the internet at first place.

What if i do not receive my modem by tomorrow ? I am relying on the modem only, i do not own a router , SO please enlighten me whats the next procedure .
I vividly understand if i do not have the tracking number, delivery is not out yet. 3 weeks and still counting!

if you do not own a router for the cable connection and this was ordered separately now from us, then this unit will not be send out until after the activation date of the connetion.

Do i get to know the status of whats coming and when its coming as no email, Have already called customer care 3 times.
Also putting it in community, all i need is transparency if its already sent and do i have a tracking ID.
I think let me put a basic question, when we order an internet, O2 doesnt provide the modem ?
If yes, that delivery ahs to be hastle free without followups.

I ordered the XXL cable internet on 16 Aug and gave friends address , I understand from here that it was an issue with address , Hence couldnt be delivered , Now i requested to send it to my current address which is where the internet needs to be activated, after calling customer care and i was promised but unfortunately it wasnt recorded in the system, I call again to customer care and created a ticket which i shared above , Now question is where is my basic modem which is must for any internet connection. SAd part is no clear information whats happening, As a customer who has signed 24 months contract , WHat am i supposed to do ? Keep following up leaving all my tasks, I am trying to be nice but i am not at all getting any help.

I think its not only me, most customers are facing this issue reaching out on info they need
Finally after daily followup calls to customer care, i received my router !
Unfortunately wall connector cable is missing as usual O2 stuffs which means i need to call customer call and daily followup for a new ticket and monitor it again by reminding to send it to me at the earliest .
Looks like i work for O2 :)

My activation date - sep 07
Router delivery date - Sep 09
Actual usage of internet after signing 24 months contract - Undefined as still awaiting complete delivery of accessories!

Hi @o2_Sven After all the firefighting for all these days managed to get router and cable delivered but without a surprise, its not working.
I connected the rpouter and the power light keeps blinking which means no internet even after the connection, any ways to resolve it, tried connecting technical team , they sent me a video , its not fixed after that as well, Any solutions ?

No luck, chasing everyday, there is a technical ticket raised, awaiting the visit now.
What kind of servic is this, More than a month without net connection, still no answers from the technical team ot anybody ?
