As the titles says, I am still receiving monthly bills of my old contract. I terminated my contact via meinO2 and then also via phone call in September. This is a DSL contract with 1 month Kündigungsfrist. I did not rent any device from O2. I was a client of O2 for more than 2 years. I have received a letter with the confirmation of the contract termination. I tried again cancelling my contract 3 more times via phone and I was told that my contract was terminated even though my account in MeinO2 is still active. I went to a physical shop of O2 and spoke directly to O2 colleague and they told me that there was a system problem with billing and it will be fixed and should receive a confirmation. 3 weeks have passed and I have no news and I was still billed for the month of December, 3 months after I terminated the contract. I have no option than to dispute direct debit.
Please fix this. Do not bill me again, I will dispute your direct debit again. This is very unprofessional from your billing department.
