all of sudden no internet connection


Hi,

i use o2 homebox 6741. Recently i have a problem with my internet connection. It’s been 3days. The connection was suddenly lost. The Wifi is on but has no internet connection. We didn’t do anything before that. It just disappeared. We restarted everything but it didn’t change. When we check the router, it always show the information below (see image attached)

Ah finally o2 staff, thank you for the response.

 

Yes and i have a ticket already. Then when i want to make a termin via a link that o2 sent me in a sms, it gets a new trouble.

can you reply there instead?

Moin Moin,

you have to call O2 0800 52 51 37 8 if you have a Android or Apple Phone you should use O2 DSL Hilfe App  first. This App will do some diagnostics. So you don't have to do it at phone.

You have to speak German! If not possible please ask a friend or neighbour.

Hi thank you for the information. Actually i have downloaded the o2 dsl hilfe app and follow all the instruction, but nothing solve the problem.

I guess there is a problem with the connection in my apartment and only technician can fix this.

What i told you…  “This App will do some diagnostics.”. At the end you should get a number. Will ask for the number if you call 0800 52 51 37 8 that will shorter the call.

Hello 

I am facing the same exact problem in my wifi connection. Could you help me out with the technician appointment to solve the same . I dont have internet for the past 2 weeks
