A got a ticket, but failed to make a termin


Hi o2 Staff,

 

ok the case is i got into the phone with a technician via Ruckrueftermin service by o2, and it was smoothly went well, i explained that my internet connection is not working since last week and he understood the problem. After that i received SMS from o2 about my ticket and to make a termin with a technician. When i opened the link written in the sms and wrote my PLZ, it showed below..

Leider konnte die angegebene PLZ nicht erfolgreich überprüft werden. Versuchen Sie es nochmal…

 

I know some of you might suggest me to call the hotline again but the problem is caling the hotline will take a long process to get into the point that i just need only to fill my PLZ if the link above works.

Is there any other way, or maybe someone could just help me to make a termin directly if i tell you my ticket?

Try to enter the PLZ again.

I have had the same problem.

And sometimes You have to wait a few more hours before trying again.

the technician already fixed my internet connection. I asked him what was the problem, It seemed someone pulled out our dsl connection from the DSL cable center in my apartment. 
 

For those of you having a problem to talk with any of o2 customer call because they use robot to give you answer and as a foreigner it will be extremely difficult to be understood by them, i suggest you use the o2 Ruckrüf service. They have english speakers for customer service, but still in the end you will be connected to the technician and you have to speak german as the technicians only speak german.
