I am yet to receive the firstmonth bill and please let me know when will I get?

What will be maximum bill amount I will get.

Your first invoice is usually issued within the first month after activation. Please note that it may include one-time fees like the activation fee.

 

If you have chosen to receive your invoices online, you will receive an email with a notification and a link to “Mein o2”. For registration and login please look here.

Ich habe bis jetzt noch nichts erhalten, und seine fast 20 Tage sind vorbei. Ist es möglich, von Ihrer Seite aus zu prüfen?

Hello @Denver,

the invoice itself will not be sent via mail. You can download it either via our online portal in the “Mein o2” are or using our “Mein o2 App” on your smartphone after logging in with your credentials :-)
