HomeBox 6441 not working

Hello,

yesterday the O2 technician came to install the DSL line.
Then I have properly connected wi-fi router (HomeBox 6441) but, after 24 hours, i cannot establish any connection.
As you can see from the attached picture the automatic installation proceduire stops at step 2 and i cannot go on.

Can O2 technicians help me?
