Hello,
yesterday the O2 technician came to install the DSL line.
Then I have properly connected wi-fi router (HomeBox 6441) but, after 24 hours, i cannot establish any connection.
As you can see from the attached picture the automatic installation proceduire stops at step 2 and i cannot go on.
Can O2 technicians help me?

Hello gandmanu,
if the connection does not work as intended you will find some helpful tips here. If none of this helps I recommend to call the technical hotline (you will find the phone number under step two).
If you do not speak german at all I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does because we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

the suggested tips are quite obvious and useless.
The connection is still not working. It is not a serious attitude that O2 does not take care of these problems.
Even worse there is not the English version of the 02 website.
At the moment I am paying for a service that does not work...

If you already opened a trouble ticket via the technical hotline then everything will be done to solve this issue as soon as possible. If there are news or any questions you will be informed via SMS.
I understand you right that you contacted the technical service already, don't I?

i did the check also with the 02 DLS app and it seems there is an error in the DSL connection wires. Now i am abroad for a buissness travel (untill Tuesday) and next Wednesday/Thusday a colleague of mine should help me to speak with the O2 assistance service.
I will update you...
