Canceling DSL contract


Hi O2, I would like to cancel my contract because I’m leaving Germany. I have tried online, I was asked to find the “four-digit personal customer ID” then make a phone call for confirmation. However, I can not find this customer ID on any of the contract document. Could you please help to cancel the contract directly? Thank you.

You don’t need the PKK to cancel your contract. Just write a letter with with the necessary information and sign it.
