Expedite Cancellation and Rebooking – Samsung S25 Ultra


I recently signed a contract to purchase the Samsung S25 Ultra 512GB with a €1 down payment. However, the parcel did not reach me and was returned to o2. The tracking status confirms that the package has been delivered back to o2, but I have not yet received confirmation of the cancellation
