Hi, 

I also have the same problem. 

I can't cancel it. 

Please cancel my subscription manually. It is very annoying.

    Dear @rezakhodamehri ,

    welcome back in our o2 Community. 🐿

    I have checked this for you, the speed option was already cancelled for you to September 27th 2022.
    This can easily be done under My o2 itself:
    on the left under tariff & SIM card -> tariff details tab -> scroll down a little -> your booked tariff options -> internet -> speed option
