Slow DSL speed

Hello,

My new DSL connection was activated on yesterday. Now I am getting slow speeds like 13Mbit instead 50Mbit. I have also come across 2Mbit speeds sometimes. I have tested this with Speedtest.(see the screenshot). What would be the cause of this ?

Hello @batabek,
as far as I can see you already asked this question in a new thread here.
At your address the maximum speed available is unfortunatley only 16MBit/s. I am sure there will be some expansion on the landline in the future but we do not have any information if and when this will happen.
