I am having an issue with purchasing credit for my prepaid mobile phone. I have purchased 15 euro of credit and the transactions shows up in my bank, however, I have not received the 15 euros credit on my o2 account. I purchased credit yesterday (18.08.2019) and it worked fine, however today when I tried it did not work. I am using N26 for my bank. I have contacted them and they provided me with transaction id. I can provided this if needed. I would like to have the credit I have purchased shown on my account.

as I can see, the 15 EUR have been added to your account by now.
Under particular circumstances, like charging your account by bank transfer on a weekend, it can take some time until the transfer of the charged sum is actually completed, but it's good to see it was successfully added to your account.

I have just checked my account and I still do not see the credits have been charged to my account yet. I made 2 charges to my account, one of them on 18.08.2019 and one on 19.08.2019. The second one on 19.08.2019 does not show on my account but the money withdrawn from my bank. The transaction id for the missing credits that was done on 19.08.2019 is fe3805a7-fc4a-4f64-9d58-0323d5ab09f3.

I could not wait any longer for the issue to be resolved so I had to add more money to the account on the 23rd so I could continue to use my phone. The money I had added was on 19.08.2019 still did not show up on my account. So to to make this clear. I added money on 18.08.2019, and 19.08.2019, and 23.08.2019. This is a total of 45 euros. I received credit to account only on 18.08.2019 and 23.08.2019. Please return the money or credit account of 15 euros from 19.08.2019. The transaction ID is fe3805a7-fc4a-4f64-9d58-0323d5ab09f3.
