Hello,

I left my old appartment, and moved to another city. Currently living in a hotel for an unknown period of time (still haven't found another flat). I want to cancel my DSL contract, how is that possible?

Thanks in advance for your time!
It depends on whether you opted for a 2-year contract or a contract with 4 weeks' notice to the end of the month.

If you have chosen a contract with 4 weeks notice to the end of the month, no special documents are needed. You just have to cancel in text form in due time. Address see top of your invoice.

If you have chosen a 2-year-contract it is likely that you will have to pay all costs until the regular end of your contract.

Only if at your new address generally no o2 DSL connection can be switched, there is a special right of termination with a notice of 3 months to the end of the month.

If you are staying in a hotel, it is unlikely that it is not connected. A removal order to a temporary address does not seem to make sense either.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

Do you have an idea if I can pause the contract at least?

That is not possible.
Hello @User123abcd,

is your question answered with this? Or is there anything else that seems unclear and needs some further explanations?

Regards,

Lars
