I need help! I left the country in Oct 2017 and my contract was supposed to end in July 2018. You renewed it without my permission and due to unexpected circumstances I did not come back to Germany. I want to cancel my contract but I can't find my papers which has my personal pin. For months now you have taken money which I never gave concent to. I want to end my contract now! I can't contact anyone. Please please help me.
