Hi, since yesterday, the O2 online account doesn’t work, cannot change or review any contract info. Help please!!!

Thanks for the fast feedback. I wanted to change my contract conditions as the deadline is today. So because of O2 own downtime, I don’t want to continue with conditions that I don’t want for another year. What can I do about it?
Actulally the tarif change is for my husband mobile contract which renewal date is today. He is currently paying EUR 25 for 1G. Yesterday we were in an o2 shop and they mentioned that the same conditions are now available for around Eur 20

I guess the contract is rather old, judging by your description. If that´s the case, you should be able to renewal to contract at any given time (i.e. you can renew your contract after 24 Months at any given time without deadlines).
We can take a look at your contract tomorrow to see what tariffs are available, would that be alright? :)

That would be great, yes, the contract is from 2016, quite old. From the comments given by the O2 shop, they told us that we have to change the package by today (as it looks like there is an automatic yearly term renewal?). What you mention makes complete sense for us, as all I want to do is to change the price with the same 1GB tariff. What shall I do tomorrow? Contact you again?
