I ordered a DSL connection and received an e-mail with two links.
For the first time, I was able to log in and check the current status (on appointment for 05.12), but now I can not see any PKK or other login details.
I want to confirm that the appointment is still valid.
What can I do?

Our colleages from activation couldnt locate your DSL Port cause your address info wasnt specific enough.
Please send all the info you got to https://hilfe.o2online.de/members/o2-dsl-19537 thats our o2 DSL Support User.
We need the correct address, which floor and where your flat is located left, right or in the middle, and if you can get the info who lived in your flat before, best case if you could tell us the first and lastname of the tenant.
