identification to activate SIM

Hello,
I have been trying to do my personal identification to activate a prepaid card, but It has not worked. I have tried unsuccessfully:
Is it possible to contact somebody from O2 by e-mail ? I need to "re-start" the process of activation in order to be able to get the form to go to the post office and try that as a last option.

Order a new one. You can order two o2 prepaid SIM cards per year free of charge.
