I am trying to do my personal identification to activate a prepaid card, but It has not worked. I tried first by web-cam with my passport and my Aufenthaltstitel... but they just said that is not possible and that I should go to the postoffice with a form ... but then I don't have that form, that form doen't exist any more because I choose the online option. I have visited 2 O2- shops without any solution. What could I do ?

Thanks, I just tried now and I got this error: "There was a technical failure. Please try again later or call our hotline 0800 55 222 66 (Mo-Fr 7 AM - 8 PM, Sa 10 AM - 6 PM)."

as@TBCMagic wrote, you can order a new prepaid sim card to start a new process by following the steps he provided in this thread. That way, you'll be able to avoid having to call the hotline.
