How to transfer my current O2 phone number in a new O2 contract


I have a mobile contract with O2 (O2 Blue All-in L) which expires tomorrow and I already signed another contract with O2 with a new phone number (O 2 Free 15).

I want to keep my current phone number for the new contract. I sent 2 requests to O2 to transfer my number but it was not processed.

Can you please make sure my current phone number is used in the new contract.

moved from DSL-section. I assume, you must import it from self-service-center (O2 portal). Key word is Rufnummernportierung.

Thanks. Can O2 guru take care of the number portability for me. I have already tried it myself but receive an email that says

Thank you for your order number portability. 
At the moment, we can not process Finally, as no porting explanation is stored for the previous number your order. 
This must be for a change from the current contract, otherwise we can not process the order.
