I ordered from O2 shop in Berlin 10 days ago a Note 9 phone.
They did not have it in the shop so I agreed to get it by DHL.
I did not receive it first time. The driver says 1 minute after it is loaded to the van "The recipient is not to determine" - that's not the truth. By the way, the name is on the intercom and mailbox and I was at home all day.
Then DHL returned it to Telefonica / O2 the sender.eLDiAfter several lost hours of phone call with DHL and O2 and the shop, I managed to get a new order at my address yesterday
Yet SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN! it was not delivered with the same false reason.
I want to cancel this order. I never want to trust O2 to deliver any phone by DHL.
The only thing I got every time after a single day is O2 invoice.
So you do not know how to get it but you DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ACTUALLY DELIVER THE PHONE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
DHL are just lying. trying to talk with them is a complete waste of time!
I want to cancel this order now!
