Worst service ever , and No value to Customer

Hi Community , I am writing all this out of frustration ,and I don’t know is this the right forum to start such a discussion , my intention is , I want to send this message to O2 team .. If O2 team sees my message, please recognize that, you have suffering customer.

I have recently signed new contract with o2 on May 6th 2019 , once I ordered a connection i received a message saying that your contract is now verified and approved, for further information you can use below link, and further steps can be found under another link , using the links , i registered and starting looking at the status on daily basis and my desired date of activation was 26th May. So I waited for 26 th may to receive an update from O2 team, and everything is cool..

From here, I will describe the story in steps (each step is one incident happened to me)

1) after one week from the day of order , suddenly I am not able view the status anymore, when i login to my account the error that showed when I clicked on status tab was ''due to technical reason we cannot retrieve your data try after some time ''( this was message the showed for one week)

Note: I was able to login but i was not able see status of my new contract( at what stage I am and soon )

2) After step1 incident happened a week later suddenly I noticed that, now
i am not able to login it means now i am restricted to login as well . (as I cannot login I cannot see status make sense)
.. When I called I ended up waiting for long hours on the call nor transferred my call to a English speaker, No use of calling customer also ..

3) After I experienced step2, I was in a stituion or in state i cannot do anything , I kept
calm. All of sudden one fine morning I received a message on 28th May saying
that your connection is activated on 27th May , and you can see the status in
the link (tough the link never worked ) , now you can start using your device with account id and password, and no technician need to enable your account.
Now I got energy and with full mood I went home connected the router (I did not
order the HW as I am using my own HW), I did not receive a signal, I was looser
once again.

4) As i don’t have control on anything and moreover as i am restricted to
see status from my own account , I kept quit and just waited what further can
happen.


5) Today all of sudden i got a message saying that '' thanks for ordering o2 with today date on the contract, now you are in step1 , and you can find your order status in the below link , all of sudden now again my account is back and link also works .


NOW my question is this it happen to everyone? Or is this common and we have live with it? No one cares or gives minimum respect to customer and customer’s time. Getting Broad Band here is very critical, and I have experienced the worse.
