Unacceptable DSL speed

Hello O2 support team,

I have a 16.000 kbps internet contract, but for some months now, depending on the time of the day, the speed is always less than 500kbps. This  speed corresponds to 3% of what I am paying for. I want to know how to fix this, or how O2 will fix this for me.

Hi,

how you connect, Lan or Wlan ?

If you connect at LAN ist seems to be a technical problem, for this the best way is to call the o2-technical hotline for free 0800-5251378 or use the livchat.

If you connect at WLAN test with a tool (WifiAnalyzer, o2 Service Suite a.s.o.) wich radio channel all the WLANs arround are in use and change youre own channel from "auot" to a free one.
